A strong core promotes reduced back pain, improved posture, and better balance. 

This class uses stability balls, weighted balls, and body weight exercises. 

Slower, controlled movements, along with a lower number of repetitions, are the key to success.

Suitable for all fitness levels.

  • This class is suitable for all fitness levels.
  • Sneakers and grip socks are required for participation.
  • Class must be pre-booked.
  • Cancellation policy: Class must be cancelled 12 hours or more before class start time. Late cancellation fee: $15. No-show fee: $20 for unlimited members, and loss of one class for package members.
